Itinerary
Day 1: Flight to the Kruger
Begin your journey in Johannesburg with a flight from OR Tambo International Airport to Skukuza Airport. The time savings, when compared to a return road transfer from and back to Johannesburg, are in the region of 11 hours in total! You will be met and transferred to Kruger Shalati Train on the Bridge. Flights beginning or ending in Cape Town are available at a surcharge.
Kruger Shalati offers an express entryway to relaxation and meaningful connection. Guests have convenient access to everything the park has to offer and a range of other major attractions in the area. Enjoy first-of-its-kind luxury accommodation in a re-envisioned train stationed on a bridge above the Sabie River in the Kruger National Park. Luxury accommodation, all meals, a selection of soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers, and two game drives daily are all included during your stay.
In the late afternoon, you will head out with your guide and tracker for an afternoon game drive through the reserve in search of wildlife, including the Big Five. Arrive back at the lodge in time to freshen up before enjoying a sumptuous dinner.

Day 2: Game Drives and Relaxation
Enjoy rewarding game viewing on morning and afternoon drives as you explore the Kruger National Park on the lookout for the Big Five and hosts of other classic African animals.
Relaxation is important between game drives. Facilities at Kruger Shalati Train on the Bridge include a unique overhanging pool with a viewing deck on the bridge offering guests the unique experience of taking a dip while watching crocodiles, hippos, and elephants just meters below. Guests are invited to take advantage of in-room spa treatments (at additional expense) or a drink at the Round in 9 Bar, which is part of the Kruger Station Precinct, adjacent to Kruger Shalati.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive Activity and Departure
This morning you will enjoy a final breakfast and the last game drive before you transfer to Skukuza Airport to catch a flight back to OR Tambo Airport for your outbound flight back home.
